At AKIISH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you received, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- The item(s) must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging.

**Non-returnable items:**  
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at helpdesk@akiish.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Ship the Item(s) Back: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent) and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Note:  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days of receiving the return.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method:

- Original Payment Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Store Credit As an alternative, you may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund. This credit can be applied to future purchases on our website.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory fluctuations.
